Dal 2008 la sua variegata carriera di mediazione ha attraversato 12 anni di mediazione di casi in tribunale e studio privato.
È specializzato in mediazioni di conflitti particolarmente elevate, in particolare persone con ordini restrittivi, con un tasso di accordo superiore al 95%.
Insegna “Le 40 ore. Basic Mediation” presso la Drake University Law School.
Ha agito come assistente di ruolo di mediazione ad Harvard e ha insegnato agli studenti laureati del MIT nel programma di negoziazione e gestione dei conflitti.
